Adding content to a Playlist

Follow these steps to add new content to a playlist.

Locate the content to add in the Content window.

Navigating groups and sub-groups

Note: Each group/level has its own content library.

  • Content assigned the upper levels is considered global. Basically, the higher you add content in the hierarchy, the more shareable it becomes and content at the top (root) level can be shared with all the sub-groups below.

Clicking on the root level in the PLAYERS window will show this level's content library on the right.

  • Content assigned the lowest groups (where the players are located) is considered local. This content can only be used the local level.

Clicking on any level below the root in the PLAYER window will show that level's CONTENT LIBRARY on the right.

When you click on a level that hosts players, notice the PLAYLIST window also synchronizes.

Adding content

To add local content

  1. Select the group where players are located in the PLAYER window. The windows on the right will synchronize.
  2. Drag any content from the library and drop it into the PLAYLIST window. The content will be inserted where you release it.
